6. Float Like a Butterfly

Athlètes pendant un WOD aux anneaux
FLOATER FOR MAX TIME
During the day each team member performs 1 floater workout to accumulate a maximum total time as a team for the combined 4 workouts.
Workouts are:
1) Crucifix hold (2x2.5 kg)
2) X-leg wall sit
3) Tuck L-sit
4) Dead hang
The workouts must be completed before 17:00
