With is movemnt, we want to test your strength with 3 unbroken thruster reps. You must get below parallel on your squats and lock out your arms on your press. You cannot let the bar hit the ground between reps. We will take your heavest 3 rep weight for your final score. You will have 300 lbs, with a 45 lb barbell. You have 12 Mins. Good luck!
