45 rep -  Knee Raises

20 rep - Over Line Facing Burpees
40 m - (2x10+10 m) - OA DB Overhead Walking Lunges @10/15 kg
(20 m with Left arm then switch to the Right arm!)
800/1000 m - Air Bike
20 rep - OA Devils Press Alternating Hands @10/15 kg
