Ouvrir le timerINTERMEDIATE Only Find you 1 rep max in 4 min: Squat Clean - The barbell must be loaded @60/40 kg or above for the first attempt in your division! - If you miss a repetition you are allowed to repeat it only once! - If the barbell is lifted of the floor in the time cap, the athlete is allowed to complete the lift!
