2.5 - Mile Relay

Ouvrir le timerFor Time: 2.5 Mile Run - 3,2,1 Go.. Both Athletes must start running 3 loops together (800mtr), each loop they will pass a checkpoint, after 3 loops Athlete 1 is going to rest and A2 will continue running 1 final loop, when Athlete 1 finishes the loop they will tag Athlete 2 to do one last loop. The Time will finish when Athete 2 finishes the last loop and crosses the finish line. This Work out is for all Divisions.
