Ouvrir le timerFor Time: 21-15-9 Dual DB Power Cleans Pull Ups Time Cap: 8 Minutes Your score is the total time it takes to complete the entire workout or if unable to complete it, they will add 1 second for every rep not complete to the 8 minute time cap. Pro/RX Division, Pro/RX Team Division, Masters 35-39, Masters 40-44, Masters 45-49, Masters 50-54, Teens 16-17 Division Men Will Use 50# DBs Women Will Use 35# DBs Intermediate/Scaled, Intermediate Team Division, Masters 55-59 Division, Masters 60+ Division, Teens 14-15 Division Men Will Use 35# DBs Women Will Use 20# DBs Community Division Men Will Use 25# DBs & complete Jumping Pull Ups Women Will Use 15# DBs & complete Jumping Pull Ups Under 8 Division Boys & Girls will use 5# DBs 8-11, 11-13 Division Boys & Girls will use 10# DBs Workout Flow Prior to the start of the clock, the athlete will load their barbell to the prescribed weight. At the Call of 3-2-1, Go, the athlete will start with 21 Dual DB Power Cleans and then move to 21 Chin Over Bar Pull Ups. They will then move to 15 reps of each movement and then finally 9 reps of each movement. Time stops when the final pull up is completed. Scoring Your score will be the time taken to complete this workout. If you do not complete this workout, then your score will be the total number of repetitions before the 8 minute time cap. There is no tiebreak for this workout.
