Workout Flow This workout starts with the athlete standing underneath their pull up bar. At the call of 3-2-1 Go, the athlete will jump up and complete 8 Chest to Bar Pull Ups. They will then move to 8 Alternating Medball Step Ups and then move to their Kettlebell to complete 12 American Swings. The athlete will then move back to the pull up bar to start another round. You will keep rotating in that fashion for 10 minutes. Scoring Your score is the total number of repetitions completed in the 10 minutes. There is no tiebreak for this workout.
