If not able to complete under 10 minutes, add 1 second to the 10 minute time cap for any rep not completed. Pro/RX Team Division Men Will Use 135# Barbell Women Will Use 95# Barbell Intermediate Team Division Men Will Use 115# Barbell Women Will Use 80# Barbell Workout Flow Prior to the start of the clock, the athlete will load their barbell to the prescribed weight. At the Call of 3-2-1, Go, the athlete will start with 12 Bar Facing Burpees and then move to 12 Squat Snatches. They will then move to 9 reps of each movement and then finally 6 reps of each movement. Time stops when the final squat snatch is completed.
