This is a for time workout with a 5 minute time cap where athletes will complete their prescribed work of; handstand walk obstacle course, gymnastics movement on the rig and another handstand obstacle course.
The score for this workout is the time to complete the work within the 5 mi ute time cap.
If time capped, the score will be the time cap plus total reps completed.
