"QUICKSAND" 25:00 Time Cap | Tie breaker is AMRAP Workout staging will feature Bike Ergs/Boxes at a set distance from Pull Up Rig SandBag stays with you For Time: *E6MOM x 6 Synchro Sandbag Squats (including 0:00/excluding 20:00) 40 cal Bike Erg 5 Synchro SandBag Step Overs | 24"/20" | 80/60lbs | 60/40lbs 40 T2B/HKR 30 cal Bike Erg 5 Synchro SandBag Step Overs 24"/20" | 80/60lbs | 60/40lbs 30 T2B/HKR 20 cal Bike Erg 5 Synchro SandBag Step Overs 24"/20" | 80/60lbs | 60/40lbs 20 T2B/HKR 10 cal Bike Erg 5 Synchro SandBag Step Overs 24"/20" | 80/60lbs | 60/40lbs 10 T2B/HKR Run the bags past the designated line for the final time Workout Notes: Athletes will start the workout with 6 Synchro SandBag Squats | After which, every 6:00 they will stop whatever they are doing to complete 6 Synchro SandBag Squats before resuming the workout Bike Erg - Athletes will split the work | One athlete must hold their SandBag off the ground while the machine moves | Athletes can perform any type of shoulder carry Once athletes complete their synchro step overs they will run the bags to the pull-up bars | Once they pass the designated line they can ground the bags to begin their gymnastics T2B/HKR - Athletes will split the work | Sandbag can be grounded through the duration of the work | Athletes can pick the bag up early, but cannot run back until their partner has completed the final gymnastic rep and has picked up their bag Once the final round of gymnastics is complete, both athletes must cross the designated line for their final time
