4 Rounds For Time:
100m Sprint Uphill with 44/22lbs Sandbag
15/12 cal SkiErg
100m Sprint Downhill with 44/22lbs Sandbag
*Scaled athletes will perform 12/9 cals
At "3...2...1... Go!" Partner A will begin a 100m Sprint Uphill with a 44lbs Sandbag for Men and a 22lbs Sandbag for Women. They will then complete 15 cals on the SkiErg. Once they finish their calories they will pick up their Sandbag and run downhill back to the start. Partner B will then repeat the same movements. This will continue until 4 rounds have been completed (2 per partner).
