1st Trial: Sandbag Sisyphus

Déroulé

3 min AMRAP
Max Reps Sandbag Over Bar
Bar Heights: Rx- 54"/48", Scaled- 48"/40"
Sandbag Weights: Rx- 150lbs, Scaled- 125lbs
At "3...2...1... Go!" athletes will have 3 minutes to lift their sandbag over the bar as many times as possible. Athletes will be facing each other on opposite sides of the bar so they can move the bar back and forth. Sandbag must touch the ground before being returned back over the bar. Tiebreak time is when the team has completed 10 reps.
