Ouvrir le timerEvent 1: Max Lift Team: 2M + 2F Rx & Scaled: 'Bella Complex' 1 Clean 1 Shoulder to overhead 1 Front Squat 1 Shoulder to overhead FLOW Teams will only have 2-4 minutes prep time on the floor prior to their 12 minute start Teams will all share one 35lb barbell 1 Athlete will lift at a time The weight on the bar must always go UP, you cannot take weight off the bar Athletes may take as many attempts as they like - only their heaviest successful attempt will count Barbells must ALWAYS have clips on to count Athletes must ALWAYS declare their weight prior to lifting The final lift must START before the buzzer
