6min AMRAP with 1 athlete in each pair working at a time.
3 Ball over the shoulder
30' unbroken carry
6 Goblet Squats
30' unbroken carry

FLOW
Teams will split up 2M sharing 1 ball and 2F sharing the other
At 3, 2, 1 GO - 1M and 1F will start with ball over the shoulder reps then will carry the ball to the other side and perform the squats (with ball at chest) then they will return back to the starting point
Upon their return they may do another set of reps before performing another carry, or may trade off with their partner
Once the ball has been picked up for the carry it cannot touch the ground until it has returned to the original start or the set does not count
