Ouvrir le timerMinimum 4 athletes must complete the floater workout (2 Males & 2 Females) With a running clock... At 0:00 30 / 20 Calories Assault Bike for time At 3:00 30 / 20 Calories Assault bike for time SCORE: ATHLETE: Total seconds of both of the athletes times combined... TEAM: The BEST & WORST scores combined by any athletes from that team who attempted FLOW Utilizing a running clock & a hand timer, at 3, 2, 1 go the athlete will begin 30 / 20 calorie sprint for time The judge will stop the hand timer to record the time of the first sprint Utilizing the running clock / timer, the athlete will begin again at 3:00 The judge will again record the time for the 2nd 30/20 calorie sprint STANDARDS A minimum of 4 athletes (2m & 2f) must complete the floater workout Up to 8 athletes (the whole roster) may attempt the floater BUT any athlete who attempts it's time will be utilized for the final score (best & worst by any 2 members of the team) Only athletes on the official roster may attempt it
