3B - Think Tank

Athlètes pendant un WOD aux anneaux
Once you complete 3A, will you move straight into 3B
1 Minute - Each Athlete Max Load shifted in a FRONT SQUAT
Load x reps e.g: 40kgs x 10 reps = 400kgs
The bar will start from the ground and you choose your weight, each athlete can have a different load.  But once you start your minute you can not change your weight.  You can break up your reps as needed - This does not need to be unbroken.
You will be able to load barbell for first athlete before or during Part A - UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL
