Déroulé

On a 6:00 running clock:
Athlete 1 | 1RM Shoulder to Overhead | S2O
Athlete 2 | 1RM Overhead Squat | OHS
The score is the combined weight of both lifters
*Athletes will each have a barbell and will lift them simultaneously
**Athletes can get the barbell to the starting position however they prefer
ie. You are not restricted by your snatch for the OHS
***Barbells must be empty at the start of the 6:00
