16/10kg Kettlebells
PRE HEAT WARMUP

2-3 rounds:
10 Dislocates
4-6 beat swings
10 Samson lunge
6-8 Hollow rocks
Be sure to complete this prior to your heat start time.
Coach will run you through 5-10 min WOD specific warm-up prior to your heat.
