Within a 9min timecap complete 12 Burpee Box Overs 5 Front Squats (Each Athlete) 12 Burpee Over Box 4 Squat Cleans (Each Athlete) 12 Burpee Over Box 3 Thrusters (Each Athlete) 12 Burpee Over Box 2 Clusters (Each Athlete) 12 Burpee Over Box 1 Bella Complex (Each Athlete) RX: 50/70kg - 20" Box Athletes can share the "BOBs" in anyway they desire. However each athelte must complete each barbell movement to the reps required.
