Within a 9min timecap complete 12 Box Overs 5 Front Squats (Each Athlete) 12 Box Overs 4 Squat Cleans (Each Athlete) 12 Box Overs 3 Thrusters (Each Athlete) 12 Box Overs 2 Clusters (Each Athlete) 12 Box Overs 1 Bella Complex (Each Athlete) Scaled: 35/50kg Athletes can share the "Box Overs" in anyway they desire. However each athelte must complete each barbell movement to the reps required. Box Overs can be step ups or jumps.
