3-2-1 Go!

Athlète pendant un WOD de snatch
This is a "broken 6k”. Athletes will perform a 3k TT - 2k TT- 1k TT in that order with 4 minutes rest between each piece.
Athletes will be awarded two separate scores for this workout. One for their total 6k time and one for their initial 3k time.
Teams will choose one athlete to complete this event. The same athlete may NOT complete the 2k TT and the broken 6k TT.
