Scoring/penalties for no-reps after reviewing video:
[#] no-reps = [#} reps penalty
e.g. : 5 no-reps = 5 reps penalty
--> score of 200 changes to 195 for example
Filming requirements:
Film the pull-up bar (and the 15cm between your head and the bar), plates, and barbell so the loads can be seen clearly.
Film the measurement of the 8-foot (2.45-meters) tape
line so the distance can be seen clearly.
Filming this needs to happen before the workout and needs to be a part of your Youtube movie.
A timer must be visible at all times. Use the 'Wodproof' app on iOS or Android for filming.
