Notes:
Athlete should use tape to mark out the 7.5M distance (Rx/Compete athletes should also mark in 1.5m points to be used during the HSW portion of the workout). Athletes must show the measurements of the distances for their score to be validated.
The athlete may begin the workout with the DB held in their hand.
