Ouvrir le timerToday's WOD is thanks to James Newbury. James finished 5th at the 2019 CrossFit Games and has written these workouts to keep you in your best physical shape whilst stuck at home. Ensure you watch the video in the workout instructions to better understand todays workout. The handstand wall hold must be continuous - if you do not have a stop watch, count slowly to 20 in your head. The pushups are hand release pushups to ensure you move to full depth. AMRAP stands for As Many Reps As Possible. Your score is the number of Reps completed after 10 minutes of the Handstand Hold (1 Rep), Air Squats and Hand Release Pushups.
