15 Minute EMOM

Ouvrir le timerThanks to James Newbury for this great workout. Today's workout is a great way to burn off all those Easter Eggs! Today's workout is an EMOM which means 'Every Minute On the Minute.' This 15 minute EMOM is a five round workout. For one minute do situps, for the next minute do burpees, for the next minute rest, then for the next minute it is back to sit ups and so forth until minute 15. Your score is the total number of reps you complete in the 15 minutes.
