"The Quick One"

Déroulé
Ouvrir le timer25 Pull ups (25 Ring Rows) 25 HRPU (25 HRPU) 50 Double Unders (100 Singles) In whichever order the team decides to go, the first person will perform 25 Pulls ups at the end of all 25 pull ups he/she will move on to the push-ups and the next athlete will start on pull-ups. At this point both athletes must complete all reps before moving on to the next exercise and before the 3rd person joins at the Pull up station. The process will continue the in the same fashion until all athletes have completed the WOD.
