25.3 The Gahanna Games Obstacle Course
INTERMEDIATE
Format: Team Race
Description: Teams will navigate an obstacle course that includes various challenges, requiring cooperation and teamwork. The course includes:
Both partners will run around the lot and to the first station:
- 300 ft each Farmers Carry: Each partner carries KB’s 300ft in 30 ft sections. 53’s/35’s
Both partners will run around the lot and to the second station:
- 30 Medicine Ball Over: Each member must throw/carry MB Over the barrier MB must touch the ground and both athletes together equals 1 rep. 25/20 MB.  24 in box
Both partners will run around the lot and to the third station:
-30 Sandbag Over the shoulder alternating reps100/80
Both partners will run around the lot and to the fourth station:
- 10 each Hill Sprints: alternating partner 1 will run up the hill touch the post and run back to tag partner and complete the rep 20 total sprints.
- Final Sprint: After the last hill sprint both partners run together to the finish line.

MASTER’S (35-49)
- 300 ft each Farmers Carry: Each partner carries KB’s 300ft in 30 ft sections. 53/35
- 30 Medicine Ball Over: Each member must throw/carry MB Over the barrier MB must touch the ground and both athletes together equals 1 rep. 20/14  20 inch box
-30 Sandbag Over the shoulder alternating reps 80/50
- 10 each Hill Sprints: alternating partner 1 will run up the hill touch the post and run back to tag partner and complete the rep 20 total sprints.
- Final Sprint: After the last hill sprint both partners run together to the finish line.

LEGENDS 50+
- 300 ft each Farmers Carry: Each partner carries KB’s 300ft in 30 ft sections. 35/26
- 30 Medicine Ball Over: Each member must throw/carry MB Over the barrier MB must touch the ground and both athletes together equals 1 rep. 14/10 MB 20 in box
-30 Sandbag Over the shoulder alternating reps.  60/30
- 10 each Hill Sprints: alternating partner 1 will run up the hill touch the post and run back to tag partner and complete the rep 20 total sprints.
- Final Sprint: After the last hill sprint both partners run together to the finish line.
