Athlète pendant un WOD de snatch

Déroulé

Each athlete will get 3 attempts. They will pick there opening weight and then tell the judges their next weight, just like a powerlifting or oly meet. We will then go in order based on the weights called. All levels RX and Scaled will go together on this.
If you miss a rep you will not get another attempt. You will NOT be able to go back down in weight once a weight is called. So if you miss 200lbs you can't go below that on your next attempt so choose weights wisely.
You and your teammates' weights will be combined for a total weight score.
There are no tie breaks.
