Ouvrir le timer1 mile run (1.6km) 100 pull ups 200 push ups 300 air squats 1 mile run (1.6km) RX athletes will carry weighted vest (9kg/6kg) Scale athletes will compete without vest. Total time cup is 55 minutes. Tie breack: Completion time of round one. seperation of the movements will be defined by the organisers. e.g. 1 mile run, 5 rounds of 20 pull ups, 40 push ups, 60 air squats, 1 mile run
